Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do when using AfriFlow.
Draft for Phase 1. This document will be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before any regulated service goes live.
Prohibited activity
You must not use AfriFlow for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
You must not impersonate others, provide false information, or open accounts on behalf of someone else without authority.
Platform integrity
You must not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without permission or automate access in ways that harm the platform.
Enforcement
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this policy and report activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.
